I contact all of the above (Mint, Personal Capital, Transamerica) once a month at least, and have just started to ask for support from our company rep. If you have access to your company's rep and can have them advocate for you, then that could help too. The more people / accounts that call about it, the more likely it is that they'll invest resources to fixing it. Ive always got an account or two that wont update, but I can log in to the banks site without issue. After recently applying some recent updates, Im now having a problem where I cannot login to my user account through the gui login screen. We can't connect until they let us, so let them know if the problem continues. Everything is working fine but one day im not able to login as administrator even I insert password correctly. Transamerica Retirement () seems to be blocking us right now. I created 2 users one is administrator and other is standard. I assume deleting the current one in my list won't suddenly show more choices in the "add account" because I could have multiple accounts (mine and my spouses). Now if I go to "add account" in mint and type in transamerica, I get just two choices, "transamerica premier funds" and "MyTransamerica" neither of which is right. Mint is using which also works and then redirects to after I login same as if I start with. But that's not the URL that mint is using. Yes, I can login to my account with that link.
